Senior Guides and myself completed the first aid course in Canberra with Ryan. He was a great instructor. Had fantastic rapport with both age groups – teenagers and the young at heart. I had to use what I was taught the very next week at work. Staff member went into severe allergic shock. It was amazing how I clicked into gear. I remembered DRSABCD. Checked for response, rang 000, checked for breathing, put in recovery position etc. Wrote up my notes at end. All good for patient she made a complete recovery. Thank you Ryan.
