Lindon and I started a construction company in Dec 12 (Kynetic Pty Ltd). We attended Ryans 1st aid course for compliance purposes and found it to exceed our expectations. Ryans presentation skills brought a sense of reality to the course structure creating an environment of real learning which we have found is often absent in compliance training. So much so that we have sent two employees to his course as we are focused on genuine learning experiences for our people.
